A contraindication is any indication or symptom that makes it inadvisable to use a particular therapy.
The following are contraindications for colon hydrotherapy. If any of these apply to you, I can not offer you the service of colon hydrotherapy at the present time.
Acute abdominal pain
Anal fissures/fistula ( a tear in the colon)
Anemia
Aneurism
Cardiac disease
Cirrhosis
Colon Cancer
Colon surgery
Colostomy
Crohn’s disease
Diverticulitis
GI hemorrage/perforation
Hernia – abdominal/inguinal
History of seizures
Kidney dialysis
Pregnancy
Rectal bleeding
Tumor in rectum or large intestine
Ulcerative colitis
